Why the delay on announcing a club? Could there be a conflict with who Nike wants her to join?

No, Mizzou is NIKE.
Considering she doesn’t run for Mizzou anymore why would she be running in gear and not getting paid for it. She is in Europe, Mizzou didn’t pay for that travel and entry fee.
Whats she is doing now definitely works, so why change?
No rush. As long as training is going well and she's happy.
Excited to see Karissa racing in Europe. In Belgium, as well as Kortrijk on the 14th, there's the Liege meeting on the 18th (800m the longest race there!) and KBC-Nacht in Heusden-Zolder on the 21st (1500 & 5000 on offer). She's not entered for any of the other smaller meetings in Belgium over the next few weeks.
Entry list for that 1500 in Kortrijk -

Her agent is paying for her to be in Europe. The fact that she has not signed is a reflection of the market. Deals are not getting done until the biggest names have signed. Generally when the market is like this it means that Nike is dragging its feet putting offers together.
yeah, why didn't she immediately throw out all of her branded running gear as soon as she graduated?
she should follow Nick Symmonds' advice and train with no clothes until she is sponsored. Or go to Target and pick up some Champion gear

Can’t do Champion either actually. They’re sponsoring runners these days, like LRC’s darling Pappas.
Nike got her for free.
Perhaps she got a large offer from someone else, but wants to go with Nike who’s low balling her? The question is- is she really that good, or will she go the way of say Lisa Uhl?
is this a reebok or a nike wrote:

Become a Veterinarian?
If she's still unsigned and has an agent she is probably just biting her time to make sure she gets the best offer possible. I'm sure the agent will get her a nice deal within the next few months.
Hopefully everything with her turns out well, she could be the future of female distance running.
Why sign a big motor on a crooked frame ..? Just asking ... imho it won’t end well

I agree, when her time is bit, she’ll announce the decision.

Well done.
Didn't Kimbia Athletics tweet on June 16th that she would be signing with them? She retweeted it. What was this all about?
you mean make the Olympic team?
Klosterhalfen is on the the list for the 5k which would be her first appearance of the season. It would have been interesting to see Schweizer against her over that distance.
Why is Karissa still racing??? Long hard XC season followed by a tough indoor season (3K-5K) then doubling 5K-10K in outdoor, USAs 5K. She’s got nothing to prove. With her mechanics I predict she’ll be injured before her first indoor race of 2019.

Agreed that she would probably benefit from a break. I can see why she wanted to run USATF Nationals in her home town this year. I would have thought she would have taken some time off immediately after that.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
