She needs a form coach. Badly.
Don't get me wrong, she's doing some great things and is obviously quite talented, but her form is attrocious. If used properly, this break from running will have been a blessing in disguise.
The downfall of so many high school female distance stars ultimately comes down to this. Hopefully it won't be hers.
