Do you honestly think that if you write a post that long anyone's going to bother reading it? Same delusional levels of grandeur as the topic of discussion.

He’s very good but he doesn’t even hold the British record for his age group
Well then...what's the Brit record for that age group? It can't be that much faster than 2:36? And 2:36 for a 53 yr old is smoken in my books. We're are talking about a guy over a half century old running almost 2 1/2 hrs for a thon....unbelievable! FFS, where do these guys come from?
The world best for 50+ marathon is 2:19 by Titus Mamobolo
If these guys trained as much as the crap they post, maybe they could run faster and be less envious...just saying

I'd be surprised if he doesn't start in the Expendables 4.

Yeah...sure, but can you run like this cat? I can find dozens of middle-aged cats built like him at the gym I go to, but none of them could run a marathon let alone a 5k.

This strong 53-year-old English fireman ran the London marathon last Sunday in a time of 2h36'35 "
Graham Green, of Herculean musculature, wins his category in the London marathon
He was the first classified in his age group 50-54 running at an average of 3'42 "the kilometer
Its powerful physique has nothing to do with what we are used to for distance runners

The English fireman of Warrington Graham Green, 53, made last Sunday in the London marathon a time of 2h36'35 ", which gave him the victory in his age group Master 50-54 running at an average of 3 '42 "the kilometer. Surely it is not the marathon prototype that we are used to seeing. Graham Green has a physiognomy that is far from the great dominators of distance, which are usually under minimum weight. Graham Green, with his performance on Sunday in London, has achieved his "best athletic performance of all time."
Green, who works as a firefighter for the Cheshire fire and rescue service, crossed the finish line at 84th overall on a hot morning for what is usually the London capital.
"The conditions were brutal, so finishing in the 84th place overall and winning my Masters 50 category in 2 hours 36mins 35s, can not make me feel more excited," he said on Facebook. "Undoubtedly the hardest thing I've ever done, but my best sporting result considering the conditions."
Fortunately for all of us, Martín Fiz has already turned 55 on March 3 and was able to win his category with solvency and complete his challenge of the "Six Majors". The vitoriano invested a time of 2h 37 minutes and 22 seconds, 47 seconds more than Graham Green did.
His son, Ben Green, also ran
Graham Green's son, Ben, also participated in the London marathon, but in the couple-father-son modality they were not able to improve their previous record set at this distance. Ben was not so good on the test this time and, after a bad second half, finished in 558 in 2hrs 52mins 44segs, more than 16 minutes from his father who ran with these partials throughout the race:
