I hope viewers from outside the UK can access the red button coverage. The uninterrupted coverage of the leading women is great.

these two are way out in front what will they go thru 1/2 in im guessing 1:06:50 then with the heat it could get ugly but we will see.
Paula keeps saying that women are off at a "reasonable pace"
Why don't you watch the coverage of the elite races and not the generic coverage moron!
when you see most of the crowd in shorts and t-shirts you know it could be a little warm. I am sure they would have preferred about 5 degrees cooler
1 second behind radcliffes time at 5 miles in 25:33
"Elite races" to the left of the description/title below the player
eurosport coverage is good with cram commentating although would have preferred hutchings
31:46 at 10k for Dibaba/Keitany. (2:14:03 pace) Radcliffe was 32:01 when she set her record.
I worry when I see Mary not hydrating.
36:06 thru 7 miles
Women look really good.
If Dibaba wins and breaks the record does she pip Bekele as the greatest distance athlete ever?

I saw them sharing a bottle at mile 6
Dibaba's arm carriage seems very high. If only she looked like her sister.
10K splits
The Americans are all on PR pace, but I think that's a good pace for Stephanie Bruce. If they can stay consistent, the women in front will start to come back to them.

Farah is wearing arm warmers . . .
The men are about to go. What a field. What a field.
Weird to see how different arm carriage is between elite women like Dibaba, with the arms almost crossing their chins, to the elite Kenyan men, with much more classic lower arm carriage, then you have some Japanese female elites who almost have no arm swing at all.
Any explanations for all this ?
