I'm 6'0", which is pretty nice, but would definitely rather be 6'3" than 5'9".

Hah! Nice way to justify being short in your own mind. At 6'2" I have none of the issues you describe. And I know plenty of short dudes with knee and back issues.
Nice lie, cripple. At least you can park in the handicap spots.
As a youngster I wanted to be 6'-3" and 170 lbs as a n NFL wide receiver. Unfortunately premature birth and childhood heart disease stunted me to a 5'-9" and 145 lbs better-than-average nobody hobby jogger. If wishes were dishes and plates full of food, I'd be the happiest, happiest old dude.

Who told you your growth was "stunted"?

I cannot imagine any man wishing to be shorter. You'd have to be way up there for it to be a big deal Even at 6'6 or taller is anyone really giving up their height?
I would not want to be 6'6, I travel internationally frequently (20+ times a year) and it's a hassle to always have to get front row seats which just at 6'3 is quite uncomfortable otherwise. It's also very difficult to find size 13 shoes where I live, and at 6'6 I'm sure it would be even harder to get 14+. And trust me, there are other annoyances even at my height that would be much worse. I would definitely prefer to be 3 inches shorter than 3 taller, given the choice (wouldn't change my current height though).
You think most 6'6 guys would rather be a 6'9 giant than 6'3? Hmm okay..
as much as it sucks to fit into tight space, just stretch. being tall is a light burden at worst, at best you do a lot better at certain parts of sports, command greater respect. While 6 7 is on the side of too tall, I'd rather be 6 7 than 6 1. Ive gotten used to being taller than other people. It depends a lot on how you carry yourself, the impression you make. Hunched over like youre uncomfortable with your height you look awkward, standing up tall and proud women seem to get closer to you, are more likely to show off. Just dont act like youre going to scare them and if you startle someone laugh it off its a lot worse of a problem if you overthink it.
A lot of short guys could make themselves look taller by having good posture and a lot of taller guys could make the short guys look like theyre the ones who are awkward by being equally coordinated at a greater height.
Awkward tall goofy guys.
I think reality might not match up with what is in your head. Just guessing.

I'm a dude, 5'7", maybe 5'7.5". I guess I'm supposed to wish I were taller, but I can't muster the energy to feel that way. I'm OK being a little on the short-arse side of things.
Oh my god? "HEY GUYS I'm just chiming in to let you know that I'm fine with my shortness Idk how tall I even am lol that's how much I don't care alright glad I got to inform you all about this thing I super dont care about!"
I'm 6'2" and would rather go up to 6'5" than drop below 6'
At 5 '8 I'd rather be 5 '11 than 5 '5.
I'm 5-11. At 6-2, I would have had a longer basketball career and been better at the high jump. I can't think of any reason I'd want to be 5-8.
I would be 3” shorter and then I’d basically have a big clit and get all the lesbos.
