I am 6'2" and weigh 170 at beginning of training cycle, move down to 156 on raceday. Do not look "strong" but lean at 170. Non-runners would say less appreciative things.
6', 205 lbs, lean, is acceptable and something to be proud of. At 180 lbs you would look like a twig to a guy who's 250 lbs, so to play it safe 205 is reasonable.

I would say between 170 and 190 at most. Depends a lot on proportions like chest size and arm length.
