Just ran 4:04 behind Seyaum in Boston. Ran really smart and aggressive and had the lead at the bell. That’s faster than her outdoor PR. She’s is really good shape right now, also given her win last weekend at Millrose. 9:10 steeple outdoors?!

Hi will!
After her 3k at Millrose this isn't much of a surprise. However, what caught my eye was her 30-second final lap. She's becoming a medal threat at world indoors for sure.

Wait has she run faster than her husband this season?
She essentially ran 4:05.
As if he would hang out here with you trolls.

Will's got her on the Will juice.
WOW, good job Will, however she MUST be crazy.

And 4:05 is essentially four minutes.
I bet she now wishes she never ran for Jamaica!

I doubt it because she doesn’t have to run USAs to qualify for world indoors.

Lmao Will juice probably doesn’t exist cause Will himself can’t even finish a sub 4 mile race.
Her improvement is unbelievable. It wasn’t long ago that you could reverse those last 2 digits for a 4:40 1500. She was an average runner early in college. Her steeple is now much faster than her 3k used to be.

You cannot be serious. Surely you're not serious?
She gets to run World Indoors AND the more prestigious Commonwealth Games fairly close together.
Also, Aisha's running form is looking really good.
Question - why is Emma Coburn running 3 3k's in 3 weeks? Why didn't Coburn run 1500 @ Boston? Joe? Anyone?
