I visited my parents and ran to my old HS track for a hard mile @ 3k effort, and then did some 400's. it was 7 miles total. a couple years ago I was marathon training and did 21 on christmas. today i'm taking a rest day.

I ran 4.1 miles on Christmas, 2 days prior I ran 7.5 miles and that was the longest since...can’t really remember but I do cross train @ the gym a few times a week. Don’t have the motivation or the time to run like I used to...?

11 miles with my bro on Christmas morning. Cold, windy, and muddy but still one of my favorite runs of the year
I ran all over the world delivering gifts to the ungrateful little brats. Sure, some left me some cookies and I did have my way with a few of the MILFs, but it was a long, tedious night. It will be nice to have the next 11 months off to recover and PARTY!!

7.5 at Fort Myers beach. 1/2 on roads/trails. The other half on the beach.
I ran 3.9 miles. Due to an injury, it was the first run I've taken in over 11 months. It was slow, painful, and glorious.
12km in the morning then some strides- 6km in the afternoon while the fam were playing uno. Good day ☺️
