community college or FloPro?
community college or FloPro?
Flotrack’s Pro membership is worth $30/mo and more!!!
Yeah that was pathetic. This is the first year I’ve paid for FloPro - signed up about 6 months ago and so far has been a huge waste of money (given, I imagine track should be a little more eventful). That stream was 10x worse than any XC NCAA nationals stream I’ve ever watched.
Honestly, footlocker nationals outdoes flotracks NCAA coverage every year
Probably missed >75% of that race due to laggy stream. Waste of $30
couldn't get stream to work. How did Aaron Templetin do
Stop your complaining. Seriously. If you don't want to spend the $30, drive/fly to Louisville and watch it yourselves. You're lucky that we stream it in the first place. The service that we provide for you is a luxury. Off of Letsrun I go, don't tell Ryan about this rant.

False dichotomy. The biggest waste of $$$ currently is the GOP tax proposal which will...
1) increase deficit spending by $1.5 trillion
2) which will necessitate issuing bonds to raise revenue. These bonds will overwhelmingly be bought by foreigners.
3) which will result in a stronger dollar.
4) which will make us goods more expensive overseas and make foreign goods cheaper to import to the US.
5) which will INCREASE our trade deficits.
6) and lead to more offshoring of us jobs.
Trump and the GOP are doing the exact opposite of what they said they were going to do and the “forgotten man” is going to get screwed again....and it’s going to be an expensive waste of money...much more so than community college or flopro.

A luxury would be a free stream that actually showed over a fifth of the race. You can't call paying money for a service that doesn't work a luxury.
Not sure you can blame Flotrack entirely for that. Sat around with a bunch of teammates and never missed a second of either race. Like above poster said, quite your whining and either go to the race or beat flotrack to the punch and make the stream better.
The OP was a little aggressive with his post, but it's safe to say that Flotrack is definitely overcharging it's viewers. $150/year for each yearly subscriber is more than enough cash to keep servers from overloading and lagging. Might not happen to everyone but shouldn't happen to anyone for that much money. D2 streaming was fine for me but missed almost all of the D1 race due to lag. Quit hiring hobby joggers as reporters and start pumping more money into quality service.
The NCAA should also be hung on this one!
Complete embarrassment to both Flotrack and the NCAA!

How can you come on here and tell people it’s their fault that your service (that they paid for) failed?
I hope a lawsuit comes your way alleging you deceived thousands of viewers with claims of great coverage of the race only to have them miss over half the race. And I hope your arrogant post gets saved to show the courts that you intented to deceive as you clearly had no plans of providing the product you promised.
You really need to learn how to apologize. The better response is I apologize to all our paying customers. Instead, I hope a lawsuit sinks you.
Good luck!!
