Tues 4/4
Wed lunch 2up 6xmile 60s rest at HMP 6:10-05-05-00-04-5:52. Went to fast at times but gives me confidence as legs were tired from racing and then 42miles in the three days prior.

Thu am 6 afternoon 4 pm 5 (ran to pub and back)
Fri 11 morning single very easy
Sat off day -3miles am for mental health
Sun planned tonight 10
Total 80.
Good week. Just ran what I felt like running. Free and fun. Plan for this week is to scale back a tad and run a decent half marathon on Saturday. No real goals are plans. It's hilly so will try to start slow and run by feel.
