Lately my legs have been feeling extra fresh, but I've been running really slow. I'm coming up on my sectional meet this upcoming saturday, and I really need to run good at it so I can qualify for the State Meet. I haven't dropped my mileage significantly, I've been hitting 60ish all season, and ran 55 this last week. I'm a 15:05 3 miler, and yesterday at the regional I ran 15:41 but felt like I gave the same effort. My legs felt pretty good on the warmup, but when I was in the race they felt pretty bad. Is this normal? Please help.
