As noted above, the run course at Kona for the Ironman is certified. Whether or not they laid it out last weekend according to the certification sheet, I have no idea. Here's a link to the certification sheet linked to on a few posts above:

I always take run splits at Ironmans besides Kona with many grains of salt, but Kona splits I'm pretty trusting of.
