16-20x400 at 75.
Solid 10-12 mile LR. (6:30-6:45 pace)
40-50mpw.

I did it on like 30mpw sr year. Coach was a big fan of 1000s and tempo runs, which we almost always ran too fast. Long runs are important too.
Just wondering. How much rest on those 800s to indicate sub 10 fitness? 2 minutes?
I was running 18 mpw in high school... it all depends on the quality and the paces. Our long run was only 5 miles btw
