Hey guys, I've been dealing with some pretty weird shin pain recently. It's just a terrible tightness/throbbing pain right at the front of my shins in the ankle area in the beginning 2-3 miles of my runs. If you keep running eventually the pain will subside. It also goes away as soon as you stop. Sometimes I've been having to stop for a couple seconds when the pain gets to intense, and then get going again.
Like I said, goes away after 20 or so minutes of running and is fine for the remainder of the run.
Any idea what this is?
