Temple Uni connection and the fact they specialize in this:
"If you have been accused of abusing a family or household member, you must know that a conviction can impact your rights, including your parental and civil rights. At Parkinson, Tarpey & Lloyd, we have more than 40 years of collective experience providing zealous defense to those accused of domestic violence, and we stand ready to assist you as well. All of our criminal defense attorneys in Philadelphia are former prosecutors and, as a result, we have an in-depth understanding of criminal laws and procedures – and we know it from both sides of the courtroom."
If I found myself in the unbelievable circumstances of being m charged with punching my wife in the face, I would not need to hire a lawyer. I would either expect my wife to be taking the stand on my behalf to explain that it never happened or if it did happen I sure as hell wouldn't add insult to injury by spending thousands of our family money to defend my actions. What kind of scum bag would not only punch his wife but then spend his families money to try and get away with it?
If he was innocent, the only witness he'd need is his wife, he wouldn't need a lawyer.
