Alien genetics?
How can a 45 yr old run 1:49 and smash the M45 WR by 5 secs?
Never seen anything like this before.

I know well that you have not a clue of what the word reticent means , Gramps .
Sorry, young'en of course I meant relutctant. Reticent means shy. I used to know that back when I was your age.

With HGH internal organs will grow, but if you are older it can fuel cancer as well. Stallone is on that stuff for years, been caught in Australia with HGH.
With the old cadaveric gh, yes. This is not the case with synthetic gh, especially at proper doses. This board seems to be a birthing place of bad information over multiple subjects.

And you're a doping expert eh doc?
We produce less HGH as we get older. It's not a problem. In a healthy person, the natural level is the right level. Of course quacks will dish out bad advice prescriptions for just about anything.
are you saying that increasing HGH levels naturaly through fasting, though may offer performance benfits in recovery etc could also lead to increased chance of cancer?
Even though these levels would be increased only to natural levels of someone younger?
As for whiteman, who knows but damn that's fast! is he training better? never realised his potential? or influenced!?

Could you write that in proper English please?
I don't do fasting. I do run fast and this increases natural HGH production. As you get older you produce less. This is a good thing. A healthy person produces the right amount. If people want to dope that's up to them, but there are so many quacks around these days with very little regulation to protect the public from scams and bad advice.

Tony Whiteman. Probably one of the most consistent runners y'all have never heard of?

The body can't tell the difference between HGH produced naturally by "fast running", HGH produced by fasting, or HGH produced by a stimulant such as Sermorelin.
There is nothing wrong with the English in that prior post, you just don't like the message. It says that if increased HGH causes cancer, then if you run fast to increase your HGH, this will also cause cancer.
I hope you have a recently updated will.
I have no idea what your agenda is? Tony Whiteman's agenda seems to be running very fast race after race year after year. I've never met him, but I'm sure he has some interesting advice to give?

Might want to ask yourself what your agenda is?
Questioning the 'English' and then saying the guy above is questioning Anthony Whiteman which he never did.
But anyway on topic, I agree running fast does indeed raise the bodies level of hormones but I have to break it to you it doesn't to the level that fasting does!
Now when you refer to 'normal' levels you do of course realise that it is these demising levels that result in aging, so being able to increase and sustain the levels does in fact aid in being healthier as we age and push our bodies more and more.

Umm, well, I wasn't implying that the poster was implying anything about Tony Whiteman.
The ageing process can't be slowed by training harder/smarter, since cell division slows naturally. I think training harder/smarter helps maintain good health of mind and body.
My agenda is promoting common sense and challenging quackery.
all I can say to you is LOL
I'm guessing you are so old your performances are well off you're not a competitive master and just bitter

Who Cares!!!!! He's running high school times.....or maybe D3 college times. Does any of this matter to anyone but him.
Masters running is a "Whisper Contest". No one gives two shits about 40+ year old "Has-Beens" or "Wannabes" trying to re-live the glory days of their youth.
Let it Go Bro!!!!!

And Stallone looks pretty damn good...ever see him in that beer commercial talking to the young boxer with the black eye?
