Hmm, yeah, but McColgan (who dumped the 3000mSC due to injuries) just ran 8.31 flat. Maybe she should consider jumping the teeny tiny women's barriers again a few times a year - just for qualifying and competing in WC/Olys. She's certainly far faster than Coburn or Frerichs, and technique isn't such a big deal if you've got 15-20 seconds on the competition.
