I would bet that a large portion of the 20.4% of letsrun.com visitors that do not have undergraduate degrees are currently undergrads or high schoolers that will soon be undergrads.

If Letsrun has one of the most educated website audiences in the United States, this truly is a civilization in decline. God help us all.
If there was a table for forums where 100% of posters earn six figure salaries and have all broken 14 minutes for 5k, there would only be us.

LetsRun.com benevolent dic tator says:
"Now we pave proof."
He can now say "I road my bike on the paved road of proof."
I pave a question, was that a rode bike or a proof one?
And yet the same uneducated trolls post have the crap that comes up on the board.
Only 18 slots behind celebitchy.
Awesome

I was thinking the same thing, and it makes the result even more impressive.

I'm aware that everyone likes to bash this board even as they spend a lot of time here (self-loathing seems to be a common trait among runners), but I actually don't understand how someone could think that Letsrun posters are an uneducated crowd. The quality of the posters here is exceptional. Whatever you want to know, someone here can help you, and the non-running advice that people give here is typically better than what you'd get if you went to a specialized message board. Sure, there's a lot of immature garbage as well, but that's to be expected on an anonymous board with a lot of young people.

Really in some esteemed company there, my brojos. Celebitchy.com, really? I can only assume deseretnews.com is some kind of dating site involving Mormons hooking up in the desert. And math-aids.com, a website that makes you do math and gives you AIDS?
I guess you don't know what a deseret is?

Well, look who our country elected. YES God help us all.
Or it could be a reflection that pursuing distance running as an extracurricular activity or hobby is mainly available those from wealthier areas with better access to education. Just a thought.
Also in running related news: Milesplit was 4th in "Parent Visitors" 90.9%

Tons of "runners" exist, who got free education (scholarship) because they trot not so slow as the hobbiest of joggers. Then they connect to LRC with their no-brainer degrees, and tilt the numbers.
Not true. There are plenty of potential methodology flaws, but the number of huge scholarships out there for distance runners is insignificant.
if you truly can identify the methodology flaws of the quantcast algorithm you should stop wasting time on letsrun and go become a billionaire.
I feel very honored to be just slightly less educated than the audience at celeBitchy.com.
I like the boing boing.net inclusion. The only time I have seen that site is when logging into airport wifi. Makes sense, because airlines make tons of money from business travelers and those with enough disposal income to fly by plane and take vacations in faraway places.
This is going on my resume.
