My knee has been off and on bothering me for about 5 days. I thought it would go away so i didnt really do anything about it. I have a race today and i would like your suggestions on how to stretch out the knee, or what to do with it before the race.
Nothing in the knee is fractured or broken, and no muscles around it are pulled. I dont no if it might be a ligament inside the knee or something else. The pain occurs when I step and but my weight on the knee. I feel the pain from dirrectly inside the knee.
