stowers with a significant faceplant after the last hurdle. That looked painful...
That time wasn't that crazy compared to what the Americans are doing lol
Season best for Merritt 13.09
Finding the audio isnt hard. Just go to the iaaf website.
Why is Laura Muir's face so fat?
How long before Paula turns on her for getting too much attention?
That was a great run in the womens mile.
Will anyone challenge mo?

I was trying to work out who the 2nd BTC guy was in that race, nice pickup by them.
Well, Kiplangat is now a 7:38 guy. You knew he was not going to run like a 28 something guy. But they sure cleared out the space for Farah. They didn't do that for Muir. They did do it for the Brits in the 1500, though. The 3k pacing was wretched. 2:32 then 2:38 to go 5:10 at the 2k. Come on. They did a 65 lap before Butchart/Farah led 59 penultimate lap and then Farah ran an easy 55.
Surprised to see Jenkins lagging back after looking sharp early.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
