This looks like Fermin Cacho doing a Borzakovskiy.

You seem like a fun, positive person. The world needs more people like you.
Neither does this:

Thank you. But what about Withrow?

No. It's called tying up.
[sarcasm alert] What is this "tying up" you speak of? I've never heard that term before. [sarcasm alert]
All joking aside, it is surprising that Engels was tying up given that he didn't exhibit the tell-tale signs, aka long striding, arms flailing, etc.
How many of us on here had Andrews FTW in the LetsRun poll??? 5%, 10%?, ....nope, 2%!

-1. Guy asked nicely, twice.
He was well aware of Withrow's injury history....

No, I wasn't aware of his injury history at all and perhaps even unaware of him. Did you fail to comprehend "benighted" which I applied to myself? Perhaps it applies to you, too, if you failed to grasp its meaning. Unlike you, however, I am not mean spirited.
This board is amazing at times. I made an innocuous post several weeks back and almost instantly was hit with the non-sequitur reply that I must be gay. Nope, I'm not gay and I wasn't aware of Withrow's injury history.

Because Matt Withrow is so famous and "Ever heard of Matt Withrow?" is one of those LetsRun jokes just like:
"Ever heard of Jordan Hasay?"
"Discus" instead of "discuss"
"Your" instead of "you are"....

You could have just said "no".
Swing and a miss.
One of Robby's best races ever. Not the fairytale come from behind stuff we saw in college time and time again, but smarter and championship-ready.
I know that everyone on LRC gets a willy when Robbie does something. I just think that for once he didn't run himself out of the race before the last 200. He has always been talented but he has also run a lot of stupid races. So well done... this time. I hope he doesn't revert back to normal form in London.

Congrats to Andrews. Great race
Its taken a while. Lets hope he stays stable with whats he is doing training wise. Lets hope he keeps a little confidence and carries the momentum forward.

I have never seen Robby run a smart race before today. Maybe that Rio DQ finally taught him a lesson about positioning in a race. It's not surprising that he can contend for the US title when he's not pretending he can make up 30m in the last 150.
This.
Not sure I've ever seen anyone worse at this level at understanding positioning than Andrews. It's like he just couldn't see or process what was going on around him. But this was a whole different race for him. Couldn't be happier for him.
Some people tie up and their form breaks down. Initially I thought he let off the gas, but I've re-watched the race plenty of times and saw him lock up. Engels is in full sprint and the lactic acid caught up to him like 400 runners. Some runners fight through this by overstriding and flailing their arms while others do their best to maintain form to the finish like they're properly coached.
Congrats to Andrews for running a tactically better race.

Just do a search...
Actually *asking* who he is on this board doesn't really merit a response.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
