This is the thing. Terrorism isn't actually a big threat at all. It just sounds scary.

In the same two week period as the terror attacks in England, including those hit with a car outside a mosque (of course it's the same, anyone who doesn't think so is a moron), a fire in a tower block killed at least 79 people (the total number is still not confirmed). Well over twice the number killed in the terrorist events combined.

In other words, the travel ban could not have prevented this case, since the countries involved did not include Canada. Why not ban the violent and mentally ill from buying guns? Why not limit assault weapons? Why not limit handgun possession? We have 10,000 murders a year in this country and 30,000 gun deaths, including suicides that would mostly not occur without guns. Get real. The 2nd Amendment is a collective right.

Fully agree.

But people here went even further on this board yesterday. They commended ISIS for its latest bombings. Some people that visit this board are extremists in their own right and wish for all Muslims to be killed. They support ISIS killing Muslims and others and taking over the middle East.

So I'm not surprised these people help give terrorists a voice on the internet, they are terrorists themselves and advocate violence and human suffering.
