When I run, instead of holding my iPhone in my right hand, I hold my iPhone in my left hand. This helps any muscle imbalances.

Doubles. I'm really, really not a fan of Malmo, but through his plan I learned that doubling can be easier on your body. For me it only means one or two doubles a week, but it helps.
Drinking coffee that is not dark roast. Also, observing the custom of placing flatware parallel on my plate when I am done eating, and perpendicular if I am setting it down but am not finished eating.
I've tried to get a trophy wife, earn $250k and run a 14:30 5k.
But I failed in everything.

Wearing surgical gloves under regular running gloves in cold weather to keep warm. Game changer.
I built a marathon training block around the "5 key marathon workouts" thread. I went from 2:53 to a 2:37 with this (plus a jump in mileage) so it seems legit.

I kept seeing the headlines about drugs helping people run faster, so I've been taking them constantly, everything that I've seen written about. So far, nothing positive to add.
Stopped running barefoot.
Things I tried after hearing about here and have kept with success:
-minimalist footwear
-lots of strides, year round
-got into picking up and dating women systematically (through suggestion of "double your dating" by David Deangelo
-First place I heard of Lana Del Rey, still my favorite artist
- started wearing shorts over lycra
More aerobic quality and more overall mileage. Doubling. More strides and some psuedo sprint workouts. My first thread on letsrun was years and years ago and I asked what people did that helped them make the biggest improvements. More mileage and quality mileage 2-3 times a week (tempo-like efforts) were the biggest things that helped me.
I've been following track200meters1 workout and flexing/posing plan since I first saw how hot and hard is body was naturally.
