His results are definetely coming from enormous training load trying to keep up / compete with his elder brothers. Which is not a good thing to do at this age. I know this, 'cause I have a younger brother, who tried to do the same thing. He did run my times at a younger age, than I did, but never bettered those times. Injuries started happening. At the end of the day the only difference was, that I ran my PR at 21, and he did at 18.
Jakob does not have a smooth looking stride and runs purely on strength and stamina. Mark my words, this not gonna last long and 3:31 is definetely not achievable for him. 3:31 is a time, when you really start being somebody internationally respectable, imho, which I suppose is his goal.
Lol he's not the same person as whoever your brother is, clearly. He's WAY more elite than he ever was and obviously recovers incredibly well. Your brother is a nobody compared to Jakob. Don't act like you can predict his career cause your brother's sucked. Also, incase you haven't noticed he's already VERY internationally respectable. Gtfo dude, clearly you're not one to talk. I'm optimistic and excited to see how he does in the coming years 😎
