Alright I got sick with a cold so my coach and I decided not to do any workouts. My workouts had been shitty as is and then I got sick so we decided I should pull the plug on the next one and I had to miss a meet this weekend due to personal obligations. Basically the last quality work I did was a race on Friday the 8th. My question is this: Did I lose any fitness by not working out in a week? I did maintain my mileage for the week (70), but I went slower than usual and struggled a little to finish my runs. Did I lose fitness by not working out in 7 days, but maintaining my mileage.
