Pretty good for a win for Sage but this time is definetely not what he is capable of, he did a workout apparently along with the 1500. I'm guessing his next race is Cardinal Invite 1500 in two weeks from now. Good luck Don!

sage ran at 2pm and it was kinda hot,humid and shitty at that time butnhe ran to win and did pretty handily in the 5k
