I will peak around my mid thirties sexually. I think men peak around 19...although little 19 yo.s dont know how to have good sex
Do what you've been doing to maintain fitness and just concentrate on racing. Hopefully you can hold on to your current level of fitness for a few weeks.
2 weeks shouldn't be a problem. Just stay light on your toes (striders) and don't do too much volume.
