Im a coach of a HS track team.
I have a junior bro that has a PR of 10:15 in the 3200, but running 10:20-10:30's right now coming off foot injury.
His next race is the regional meet which he needs to get top 3 in, to make it the state meet.
I have a workout planned for tommorow morning.
5x600m @ 1:52(5 min. pace)
followed by 2x200 @ 33-35.
My question is: how much rest should be in between the 600's?
