If anyone wants an overview of his training for the year leading to the Olympics, I put it together on an excel sheet and would be happy to send it to you.
Why not? Thanks

He's the only non-African since Galen Rupp to win NCAA XC. Then a few months later gets 13th at World XC. And he's only 22. So why in the last 8-9 years have we not had an American straight out college with similar performances? Chris Derrick is the only one that comes to mind; he didn't win NCAA XC but did get top 10 at World XC at a young age. Is Tiernan just that much more talented than all the other young Americans?
why don't you just make a public viewable google sheet and share the link?
Hello, i would like a copy of your pat Tiernan training. email is Omariballer@gmail.com. Thank You!!
Why not just post it on a public google doc?

OK.
I am happy to show you the Secrets to the Mr. Tommy SchwartzTinman Training Method™ (TTM™):
http://www.letsrun.com/news/2016/02/meet-elementary-school-pe-teacher-mastermind-behind-americas-greatest-prep-distance-runner/¡¡¡Wow = Wow!!!
America has an extremely poor developmental system for distance runners. They are overraced in high school and then have little left to develop in college.
There’s usually no continuity in their development. Say what you will about Al Sal - Rupp but a major key to the success is the incremental development that occurred over a long period of time.
America needs to develop a club system that starts in grade school and develops into 20s/30s.
