Americans and Canadians will be lucky to have any runners in the top 30.
They both will go home losers.

Uganda, Tanzania, and Eritrea will also have solid teams.
There will not be many sea level raised white guys up there for sure. I predict only Pat Tiernan has a shot at top 40.
The Canadian girls U20 team will have 2 in top 30 (not by luck). I believe one is a junior and the other 5 are seniors in high school.
This is possibly the strongest Canadian girls U20 team yet. It will be fun to see how they stack up to the American squad of mostly NCAA freshmen and the world's best from East Africa.
