13:42 a few years back. Recovery days anywhere between 6:50-7:50, sometimes starting around 8:00 (yes, that slow). I mostly just listened to my body. Probably 7:10 on average?
Standard aerobic easy running anywhere between 6:00-6:40s once warmed up. Sometimes if I felt good it could go down to 5:40s last couple. Those are in base phase with no workouts though.

easy 6:45-7:00- slower than 7:00 is uncomfortable as I feel stiff and broken- my heart rate is obviously lower at over 7:00, but the discomfort of slow running causes me to go faster - I run easy without looking at the watch until I'm done.
5k PR 15:04, easy pace 7:00-8:00 min/mi usually, down to 5:50/mi from time to time, when my legs want some faster rhythm

Easy pace: 7:30-8:00. Most of my easy running is done on hilly trails though, so it's hard to gauge.
On said trails, it's usually 8:30+ on average.

Haven't got a recent time, but would guess high-15's.
I don't time my steady runs but whenever I run with someone with a garmin on (and they let me dictate the pace) I start around 8 - 8.10/mile and finish at 6.40 - 6.50/mile (over the course of 5 - 8 miles). All my runs are on hilly courses and I run 60 - 70 miles/week. Long runs are quicker simply because I get loosened up around 4/5 miles and then keep rolling until I'm running 6.30's.
PR is 16:50, but that was several years ago. Haven't raced a 5k in a while. I'm probably in 7:15-7:30 shape.
Easy runs are usually right around 7:30, but could be +/- :30 depending on how i'm feeling that day

easy pace: usually between 8:45 and 9:30, contingent on weather and what I did the day before. Not shy about running 10:00 pace on easy days.

My easy days are almost always on unmarked trails, so I don't worry about pace. When I do do a route, I usually end up faster than "easy" pace, in the 6:15-30 zone.
