Pubic symphysis injury. I've had a few friends who had this. Very painful and takes a long time to heal.

All above....🙄
Stress fracture of hip. Took 7 years to fully recover and race again. Major funk for those 7 years, similar to living through 8 years of Obama. Running much better since President Trump is now in charge.
My worst was PF.
The worst I've heard of is loss of coordination in the leg.

I had that for a few years. Frustrating as hell. In my case it gradually went away over time, thankfully.

Plantar fascitiis is fine. It's manageable.
The worst is navicular. You can take 3 months off and it might not heal. It tricks you. You can hobble through runs for a while then one day excrutiating pain after 100m. Just ask Wejo.
Another contender would be whatever Abby D. got in the Olympics. Meniscus tear that requires surgery and you're never the same.

So wrong on all levels. You know what I'm talking about...
Meteorite strike followed closely by buffalo stampede
Ik someone who had one and it was just like any other stress fracture. 2 months of nothing then slowly working back
A broken heart.
Piriformis stuff. Really just no way to make it go away.
The worst running injury is the one you have RIGHT NOW!!
It's the one that is preventing you from running.
Mental doubt. A friend of mine put up a decent 8k time twenty year’s ago. He believes he can now run a sub-3:07 ‘Thon, but is too fearful to attempt the training.
Worst injury was probably that South African triathlete who was ambushed out on a run and they tried to cut his legs off with a chainsaw.
Blue balls while running.
My thoughts “why did I do this why did I do this why did I do this”
A cartilage injury in any weight bearing joint. Kiss running goodbye.
