Today I did this workout:
400m: 58,5
2 minutes rest
300m: 44,1
2 minutes rest
200m: 29,0
5 minutes rest
300m: 46,0
Sunday I have a race, can you estimate what time I can run?
Thanks

It's really tough since the breaks seem a little long for a predictor workout this short, but I know it still does take some fitness to run these times, especially that 58. Based on my own past experiences training for the 800, I'm guessing 2:01-2:03. If you would finished that last 300 in 44 or below, or took shorter breaks, I would have said 1:59-2:00.
1:58-2:00
2:08-2:10

This.
58.5 isn't too fast, especially before the other reps. There were too few reps done at too slow of a speed to warrant anything faster than maybe a 2:09/2:10
Too hard to tell because of the longer rest. 800m is a speed endurance event and you know your body better than anyone else so just go by your judgment.
The last rep was a dropoff from sub-2:00 pace off a longer rest: 2:04-5 if you are a 800/1500. If your 400 PR is under 54, then more like 2:07-8.

Interesting workout. If the 400m felt smooth then I think you can run that for your first 400. The 29 200 is slow though i'd expect like a 27 at least or 28 low/mid. Next time run 500 @ 800m pace then followed up by an all out 300 after 45sec rest. OR 600 then 200 after 45 sec rest.
