Mostly a week of steady running for me. Just trying to keep the injuries in check and build fitness back up.
For this week I'm shooting for low-50s again. Did a 3 mi tempo effort yesterday with some strides and the rest of the week will be easy steady running and strides. If feeling good at the end of the week will do a cut-down at the end of the long run.
If this week goes well, next week will be a bit lower mileage but I'll incorporate some I and R work hopefully.
The objective is to gradually work back up into the 60-70 range but be more focused and diligent with my workouts. I feel like in the past I've gotten probably 80% of what I could out of the effort I put in. I'd like to get better this year
