We have been doing a lot of temp stuff and 1/4s with a very short recovery run at a fast pace and stuff like that.This week he has us doing 2 workouts of explosive hill reps.If you don't know what that is.Its 80 to 75 meter hill run hard like 18 xs.He says it's to build strength for the workouts to come and it's a nice way to change things up.We did 2 this week because he felt everyone was burt out on the temp stuff and the speedwork he wanted to change things up.Is he crazy??????!?!
