If you ran a 400 recovery in those 2 minutes, then it would have taken you 6:34 to complete 1,600 so 6:36 for a mile.
If you just stopped to recover, then it would have taken you 13:08 for that 1,600 or around 13:11 to complete the mile.
2 minutes rest is too much. I'd say around your pr at best, 5:05-5:10 much more likely though
Off of that workout info alone, I doubt that you could break 5:15 in the mile, unless if that was a really bad workout or you weren't trying that hard.
