There is a possibility that I may have a form of auto-immune arthritis, whilst diagnosis is not yet confirmed I have been experiencing widespread joint pain for 6+ months. Anybody continued to train/compete at a moderate/high level with these conditions? Or is this the end of my track career? I'm a 21 year old sprinter with a 10.7 PR
