Like I said, just one big coincidence that a condition that effects .3% of the US population and whose symptoms include shortness of breath and severe fatigue happens to effect a majority of the fittest runners this country has ever seen.
AND, in another coincidence, it started to effect them around 2010, which, coincidently, is when the top ten list started to get bombarded with new marks.
