Animal Products such as meat and dairy may have a solid nutrition profile of carbs/protien/fat ratio, but they also have endotoxins. Endotoxins are the result of bacterial cell death, and it cant be removed by any conventional process such as cooking, boiling, drying etc. Endotoxins cause low grade inflammation, and if you constantly eat animal products, you will have an constant inflammatory effect.
