The above means you cannot get a test for COVID-19. You must have symptoms is the new government decree. This includes doctors and nurses caring for infected people. NO TESTING.
Paul got a test as a precaution. He is asymptotic meaning he is a passer of the virus to others.
The question is: Why was Paul allowed to get a test at all?
Also, why does it seem that Trump's administration and his republican cronies all seem to be able to get "precautionary" tests? No democrats have commented on getting precautionary tests, likely because they are being left in the dark.
