I think Harris still helps him win. It is important to get out the black vote, and she helps with that nationally even if just a little. I think Biden still wins no matter who he chooses, but it helps even more if he picks a black woman. Time to let black Americans know that they are accepted and deserving of their seat at the table. LOTS of repairing that needs to be done after this monster in the White House is gone.
Harris would be better as attorney general to hammer Trump, Barr and Trump's staff into legal oblivion. She is also a top choice as VP, as long as Biden sets up that position to have direct control over whoever the attorney General General is, along with direct control over a few other cabinet positions. No more do-it-all-myself presidents.
Abrams would do a great job as in charge of HUD or Education.
