I agree that the party needs Romney. I could be VERY happy with Romney as President...he's a moderate, he is reasonable, he doesn't have any of that Evangelical Conservative Christian crap going on (mostly keeps his Mormon beliefs to himself), and by all accounts, he's not a criminal or an assh0le like our current President.
If the GOP went back to some traditional core values like less government, less spending, fiscal responsibility, free trade and welcoming immigrants with open arms, I might have to consider voting GOP once in a while. The problem is that it needs to divorce itself of being against women and gays and minorities. It also needs to have someone who is courageous enough to put in place some reasonable gun laws.
I do appreciate your enlightened Republican views, but probably what would be best for the country in 2020 is to have a Democrat President. There needs to be a clear message this time around that not only is Trump not acceptable, but the enabling of the Republican Party is not acceptable...and I believe that will happen.

No one here has EVER said that would happen.

Odds on the prez-o usually come from UK, where betting on most things is legal & widespread. It only reflects what bettors think, however.
Jakob Ingebrigtsen was fave to win 5K at current WCs (finished 5th). Leicester City were 5,000/1 to win English 1st Division four seasons ago (most bets were settled before Leicester went all the way, to cut losses).

My definition of trolling is making a post with the main purpose of getting a reaction (mostly either annoyance or anger) from others. If clear fakery or dishonesty are are present is can qualify for 1st or 2nd degree trolling, if it consists of pictures or name calling without clear purposeful object dishonesty it can qualify for 3rd or 4th degree trolling. 1st degree trolling - that's when you make a completely fake post, a made up story, pretending you are somebody else, taking a political position the opposite of what you actually belief only to ridicule it. 2nd degree trolling - that could be mostly truthful but you purposely include false information that you know is clearly made up. 3rd degree trolling - doesn't include an objective falsehood but includes pictures or caricatures or parodies designed to bother and annoy others, also included in third degree trolling is the use of names to ridicule another poster. 4th degree trolling - when making a truthful argument but you purposely phrase it in such way not only to communicate information and argue your point but in a way that you think will maximally annoy the other person. In this post, dems lose is strictly 3rd degree troll. No clear lie is involved (stupid predictions are not lies). Unfortunately for dems lose, he is clearly troll and loses all effectiveness. No one usually even reads his post. He is a typical trumpster. Now Trump is 100% 1st degree troller. Nothing he says can be believed. He speaks in outright lies.

Nothing better than watching hillary lovers continue to have meltdowns!!!!
Trump will be easily re-elected!!!!
Democrats are disgusting pieces of trash!!!!
Flagpole I am going to ask you a question (or anyone else) about what would be best for our country. A Democrat controlled house and Senate consisting of a group of deliriously happy politicians who just took power away from trump and his supporters with Warren as their president or that same group with Romney as their president. I know you are a Warren supporter but Romney could temper that group, with Warren who knows what crazy stuff they will pass.
Yes many Republicans need to be purged, but God help us if progressive democrats take over and Warren is our president.
Only speaking for myself, I think that Romney with a Dem controlled Senate and House would have the potential to be very healthy for the country. There would be a need for compromise. I think that the Dems would be reasonable in working with Romney and vice versa. Some reasonable, not too radical progress could be made on many issues. And we would be able to make a small start in healing the rift at home and repairing America's image in the world - although it will be at least a generation before America is trusted again after this absurd and dangerous era that we are currently in.
I would prefer that result to a Warren POTUS with a Dem controlled House and Senate for the reasons you allude to.
Speaking as an independent.

Warren is super smart, and that is always a plus with me. I couldn't get myself to vote for Romney over Warren, especially not knowing for sure how the House and Senate will turn out. And, as I said, Republicans, especially the party, not the individual voters, need to suffer a consequence for electing Trump. Finally, while I don't agree with all the stuff Warren wants to fund, I don't think any of those things will be bad for the US.
More stories from Pocahontas:
“I went back to graduate school and took a couple of courses in education and said, 'I don’t think this is going to work out for me,'" Warren continued. "I was pregnant with my first baby, so I had a baby and stayed home for a couple of years, and I was really casting about, thinking, 'What am I going to do?'"
By contrast, Warren told an audience at a town hall in Carson City, Nev. Wednesday that she had "loved" working as a special needs teacher.
"By the end of the first year, I was visibly pregnant, and the principal did what principals did in those days," she said. "Wish me luck and hire someone else for the job."
I didn't ask who you would vote for, I asked which group would be better for the country. P answered that Romney with a democratic house and senate would be the best for the country. I agree with that.

Wow really?? That's what you post to show Warren is a liar. What a sad sad failing effort from a trump supporter who is lied to everyday by his leader Donald Trump. Trump is treating his supporters like stupid suckers that will believe anything he says. That is reality. That's what he is doing to YOU.
You can't be so blind that you think he is telling you the truth. You need to see reality. Yet you post this about Warren as if it means anything. That makes you look foolish.
I know reality is tough for some to accept, but you need to.
Warren’s own words. Just like the phony Native American heritage story. No better than Trump, perhaps worse.

From Wikipedia:
Ad hominem (Latin for "to the person"),[1] short for argumentum ad hominem, typically refers to a fallacious argumentative strategy whereby genuine discussion of the topic at hand is avoided by instead attacking the character, motive, or other attribute of the person making the argument, or persons associated with the argument, rather than attacking the substance of the argument itself.
They might be right wing clowns but they're just re-posting the odds from Betfair. Perhaps Betfair has some right wing bias. Maybe the odds they publicly publish are Fake News and the real money has Trump winning with 100% of the vote. Or maybe they just publish what the actual betting odds are. I'm admittedly making a huge guess and going with option 2. I prefer the electionbettingodds website because the election odds are listed right on the homepage and I don't have to wade through menus.
Betting odds are not the "real" odds. If Warren is at 49.9% for the nomination it doesn't necessarily mean she has a 49.9% chance of winning the nomination. It's just what people who are actually putting money on the line think. They could be wrong! But I think their estimation is probably more reasonable than biased people on both sides (including me!) making their Talk is Cheap predictions. Betting is a tax on bull$hit. And right now I think the following conclusions are hardly unreasonable:
A: Warren and Trump are the favorites to win their respective nominations.
B: The Dem nominating process is still definitely undecided.
C: Trump will probably finish his term (with the info publicly available right now)and be nominated but there's some uncertainty even there.

These examples of Warren lying are nothing. You are not in reality of you don't understand how frequently Trump has lied to you about everything. Warren and trump are not the same at all when it comes to lying.
Do you really think trump doesn't lie to you constantly. You really are not disgusted how he treats you.
