I agree with the Court - there is no way for judges to decide what is excessive and what isn't.
it's yet another example of how the nation is held hostage by the amorality of the R party. They are willing to terrible things to grab and hold power - things the Dems generally aren't willing to do. We now depend on the Rs to be reasonable and not gerrymander states unfairly.
We also depend on Republicans not to elect rapist racists to the presidency.
We also depend on Republicans not to put presidents above the law.
We also depend on Republicans not to make it hard to vote.
We also depend on Republicans not to run away and hide to prevent fair votes being taken.
We also depend on Republicans to protect our voting .
Rs aren't doing any of these things obviously.
This is how republics die - when one side isn't willing to play fair. They are a bunch of anti-American hoodlums. We depend on good people to run a democracy. When bad people get the reins, democracies die.
