As bad as Trump has been, posting a doctored video making it appear that Pelosi is slurring her words may be among the worst things he has done as president.
He's garbage.
Trump has a team of people who create such videos. They also create his slogans, and help him invent childish names for people he does not like. That team is on his staff, which means U.S. taxpayers are paying for that political garbage.

Like they are going to contradict him in front of the cameras.
That is a real low self esteem move to require validation and adornment from others like that.
He is losing it, man.
That was a typical bully response. They cannot comfort anyone on their own. They need a backup team to protect them from being exposed as a weak minded individual.

Inflation is bad for savings if you have it in a savings account or some other low or no interest account. It is GREAT for investments made up of stocks.
I do not disagree with you about getting a mortgage. You are wrong about investments and inflation.
{double sigh]
We've been through this. Inflation is NOT great for investments made up of stocks. At best you could say it is neutral. Agip just did a bit of research on it showing that it is actually bad for stock investments.
Perhaps you do not understand the difference between real returns and nominal returns. Is that what is holding you back here?
Sigh! Do you really believe that stocks deflate and go down when inflation goes up? Those poor CEOs would be monetarily left behind--making less money that they are "worth"; and being forced to pay employees more to keep the companies from going under.

You memory is failing, old man.
Read and watch how Trump praises Kim Jong Un.
"He speaks, and his people sit up at attention. I want my people to do the same."
Yeah, that's how you see Trump's staff acting around him. He wants to be like a Korean dictator.

Do you have any evidence to back up the claim that doctored videos are funded with taxpayer dollars?
I'd love to see it.
Otherwise, let's not make stuff up. That's for Trumpers.
Tiny is now preparing to use emergency powers to push through arms sales to Saudi Arabia without approval of congress.
This is getting more and more dangerous.

The problem I have is that the president has not explained the nature of this "new Iranian threat".
Has something really changed or is this just a pretense to do his emergency arms deal with Saudi Arabia?
Tiny trembles before the Saudis almost as much as he trembles before Putin. What a tiny, cowardly man.

Hate to break it to you, bud, but that does not qualify as an argument.
That is because I introduced a new topic for debate. We all agree that we want transparency; however, the dems are putting up a fight against releasing the declassification of FBI documents regarding the Russia collusion narrative.
I'm all for transparency. Perfectly comfortable with declassifying anything that does not compromise national security.
But the result of this "Barr is coming" will be the mother of all nothingburgers. Sorry, but you are going to be incredibly disappointed.

“There’s perhaps a lot to dislike about Donald J. Trump, US President No. 45. Despite all the grooming and tailoring, there’s little savoir faire there. He tweets not like a mellifluous songbird, but in snorts like a rooting aardvark. His every predilection is an affront to the refined Washington establishment: his dark business history, his beloved ormolu trappings, his Mickey-D cheeseburgers, the mystifying hair-doo.
Even so, the bad faith of his antagonists exceeds even Mr. Trump’s defects and vices. The plot they concocted to get rid of him failed. And, yes, it was a plot, even a coup. And they f-ed it up magnificently, leaving a paper trail as wide as Interstate-95. Now all that paper is about to fall over the District of Columbia like radioactive ash, turning many current and former denizens of rogue agencies into the walking dead as they embark on the dismal journey between the grand juries and the federal prisons.”
—James Howard Kunstler
James Howard Kunstler is a rabid Trumper. His books are not very good. A few words of ignorance from his blog. It comes as no surprise Ghost is a rabid fan of this clown.
- A mental health assessment of the Democratic Party suggests that identity politics had lately turned into an identity crisis. Years of staying woke finally produced hallucinations and violent outbursts. It was time to medicate the patient. Enter, stage right, the Tranquilizer, smiling Uncle Joe Biden, the perfect agent to quell an acute case of adolescent rebellion.
- For the Progressive Democratic “Resistance” (PDR), post-Modernism is in full flower. They have ruled objective reality inadmissible.
- In this universe of paradox, inequity, ironies, and fake-outs one strange actuality stands above the rest these days: that the much-reviled President Trump was on the right side of RussiaGate
- The tides are shifting. Something’s in the wind. And it’s not just the fecund vapors of spring. The political soap opera of RussiaGate ended like a fart in a windstorm last weekend, leaving Mr. Mueller’s cheerleaders de-witched
So no mention of his ongoing investigations, the lawsuits and his attempted obstruction... and I haven’t touched on the endless bad elements surrounding the guy. Kunstler does a terrible job of trying to diminish just how disastrous and incompetent trump is, while spewing diarrhea about coups and deep state bs - we are all waiting for that Hillary investigation bruh. But sure, keep drowning in that orange kool aid.

If one does some research the reasons for the investigation seem valid. The DOJ is not setup so that a couple of Trump haters, including even Obama, can pick up a phone and order a wire tap. Several approvals are required including from a judge. If a request is bogus, people are not going to risk their careers by approving it, regardless of what they think about Trump. If evil people had rammed it through the process, there would have been whistleblowers.
The main thing about the "coup" accusation is that it doesn't make sense. If the deep state was willing to do something so dastardly, why weren't there any collusion stories leaked to the media prior to the election? Once Trump won, it was too late. The mere existence of an investigation wasn't going to get Trump impeached or the election reversed. Any fake investigation would still have to end with a report. It would be a bit self-destructive to start an investigation knowing that the final report would be proof of conspiring against the POTUS.
Why does Trump keep calling the Mueller Investigation an attempted coup of a US President? Does anyone actually believe this? I don’t even think he believes it. It’s just a way to energize his base and keep them energized. Just going all in on the economy won’t energize the base because the economy is boring. His investigation of the investigation holds a similar purpose. Any results will appear so vague that it will support whatever theory one holds. If the Dems are continuing their investigations, then Trump will attempt to frame it as he see fits.
