Good morning! How are all you LRC stable geniuses doing this fine am?
Just an FYI, here is the Oxford English definition of infanticide...
https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/infanticideAn infant is defined as a child from the point of live birth - 1 year old. Medical definition of fetus and infant here...
http://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/137/5/e20160551It should be noted, in medical textbooks there is often a distinction made between neonates (birth to 2 months—ever heard of an NICU?) and an infant (2 months post birth to 1 year) but that may be splitting hairs too much for some of you.
I am not aware of any lib calling to kill infants (properly defined as either a child from live birth to 1 year old or, more correctly, 2 months post live birth and 1 year old). If you are referring to Ralph Northman’s recent comments on abortion—what you are saying is false. Here is what he said....
“Asked on a radio program what happens when a woman is going into labor who desires a third-trimester abortion, Northam noted that this kind of procedure only occurs in cases of severe deformities or nonviable pregnancy. He said that in this scenario, “the infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother.”
Source....
https://www.nbcnews.com/card/fact-check-virginia-gov-ralph-northam-stated-he-would-execute-n967626In case you need it, here is a link to the English definition of non-viable.
https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/non-viableHere is a link with Northam’s full radio interview—its long but if you listen to what he says you’ll see he never says he thinks it’s okay to kill an infant. To claim he said he was okay with “infanticide” is a lie.
... but here is Trump saying we should specifically target our enemies families which presumably includes innocent children in the age range of an infant.
http://time.com/4132368/donald-trump-isis-bombing/And here is Jeb Bush saying he’d kill a baby under certain circumstances. Admittedly, he doesn’t specifically say he’d kill a baby if it was an infant or if he’d wait until after its first birthday.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=oFZoVIDx5dgOf course, there is also the fact that the majority of conservatives frequently call for increasing the number of infants born to poor women by restricting access to appropriate family planning options while simultaneously calling for slashing funding to programs that help poor children get adequate access to healthcare, good nutrition, and housing which, of course, all contribute to increased infant mortality in the US.
Of course trump is happy to incarcerate & kill babies at the border...as part of his job...(for money, in other words)...
Can you even imagine what would happen if a Dem president mocked someone in a faux southern accent? (Trump mocked Sessions today in a 'southern' accent. ) The Dem would be railed at for years and never be allowed to forget it.
The right wing double standard is beyond belief sometimes.
If your friend trump jumped off a cliff, would you jump off a cliff, too? GOP says yes.

Wow. We’ve kicked off the 4th YEAR of this EPIC Flagpole Streak with yet another incredible month of media domination by Mr Trump. The final nails in the coffin for our resident moran Clownpole are now being held by the guy with the hammer. As we objective individuals have been saying for over 2 years now, the Russian colluuuuussssssion narrative is dead.
Trump’s second State of the Union address received near-record approval ratings (76%, with 59% “strongly approving”). This, after signaling that he will declare a national emergency to get the balance of the money he requested for the wall and border security. Obama's own Head of Border Security strongly supports Trump's efforts to build the wall and enhance border security.
Shortly thereafter, the Senate Intelligence committee makes a public statement that there was no evidence of collusion found between the Trump campaign and Russia (yes, even the Democrats on the committee). So what happens the next day? Schiff-for-Brains says they’re going to investigate more “Russia stuff” anyway!! W. T. F.?! Blows my mind how butthurt these loons are.
Then the 25th Amendment story re-surfaced, with McCabe throwing Rosenstein under the bus about the “wearing a wire” idea. For some reason McCabe thought another book was needed to explain his hatred for Trump, and his butthurt feelings, while not providing a single example of Russian collllluuuuussssssion or even obstruction of justice evidence. It’s unbelievable that these disgraced former intel leaders continue to be given a platform to deal with their epic failure to deter Mr Trump’s presidency.
Then Mueller’s team makes a statement that Manafort has repeatedly broken laws for at least 10 years. Not a mention of Russian collllluuuuuuussion though, of course.
There were two major fake news items this month: 1) Jussie Smollet and 2) the Michael Cohen testimony. The Smollet non-attack is yet another prime example of the MSM and Hollywood jumping at the chance to vilify Trump and his supporters without the need for the truth. Just like the multiple other examples of outrage theatrics from the Left, the MSM and Hollywood believed the idea that a couple Trump supporters were walking around urban Chicago in -10 degree weather at 2:00am, and then recognized an actor from an mainly-black show, and decided to use the noose they just happened to be carrying around. Absolutely absurd story. But, like everything else, they believed. Then they probably just deleted their tweets later on. (Don’t you think the delete function should be removed from these social media sights?)
Then came the Cohen testimony…... which of course the Dems delayed multiple times until it aligned exactly with Trump’s trip to North Korea. I’m fine with political norms being destroyed for the right reasons, but trying to turn domestic fake investigations into international distractions is unforgivable. Anyway, the testimony itself was once again, embarrassing. These televised events show how out of touch our leaders are; if they knew how embarrassed we are for them acting like children, I just can’t believe they’d continue to do this. As pointed out throughout the testimony, this is unprecedented territory, as this is the first time that a convicted felon, who also lied to Congress.....is being used as a credible witness.....from Congress. LOL!! Cohen provided little more than a “I’m so very, very sorry that I got caught breaking the law for so many years” sentiment, but actually did further kill the Russian collllluuuussion narrative. He did nothing related to collusion. He saw nothing related to collusion.
So, the following day, hard evidence proving Cohen lied during his testimony hits the airwaves. Multiple interviews where he says he really wanted a prominent position within the administration, and a book deal draft in which Cohen states all positive things about working for Trump are exposed. So he’s now going to be investigated further for perjury. Love it! It was also great that he admitted that while he was doing all these illegal acts, he “was a Democrat”, which I can only assume he believes will save him at this point. He needs to just stop and serve his time. Trying to be a cultural hero is backfiring. He visibly was on the verge of breaking down multiple times when being pressed by the Republicans. Fun to watch.
Lastly, did you read Lynne Patton’s post from last month about why Cohen really flipped on Trump? Google it. Apparently Mueller was prepared to go after Cohen's wife too, as she was involved in getting some fraudulent loans approved for Cohen's lavish lifestyle. That Patton is a bad@ss. She knows everyone involved, and thinks Cohen is scum.
OH, and Amazon leaves NYC before it even gets there! Why? Because the Liberal thought leader, Alexandria Occasional Cortex (AOC), thinks that the tax breaks given to Amazon is actual money sitting somewhere that could be used for other things. Yes, she actually said that “that money could be used to fix the subway system and hire more teachers.” Yes, she’s talking about money that anyone with a brain knows DOES NOT EXIST. …..and yet, she is an elected official in NYC. Wow.
Back to North Korea though. A deal was not closed on this trip. Not the best outcome, but the not the end of the world either. But of course, the "Get Trump" media and sheep jumped on it as a failure. But eventually many on the Left (including Pelosi, Schumer, several others, many MSM talking heads, etc.) agreed that this was the proper move given the circumstances. The US still has- and will always will- have all the power. Kim asked for most of the sanctions against NK to be lifted, Trump said no, and that was it. North Korea is still feeling the pain. The US is feeling no pain as a result. Kim will be back. He has an incredible opportunity being given to him by the US to transform NK into a real global economy, and become a national hero. It will happen.
Remember Avenatti? Guess he’s over on R Kelly now. LOL!
Remember Colluuuusion? LOL!! After 2.5 years of "investigating" Trump, zero indictments. ZERO.
Mueller isn’t coming.
The clown continues to be Flagpole.

Having a rough day?
1. So why all the lying and misdirection about the Trump Tower Meeting? What was the administration trying to hide?
2. So why all the lying and misdirection about the Moscow Trump Tower? What was the administration trying to hide?
3. So why all the lying and misdirection about the Stormy payments? What was the administration trying to hide?
4. So why all the lying and misdirection about why he fired Comey? And the timing of it all that brought this investigation in the first place. What was the administration trying to hide?
5. So why all of the strong arming involving Kushner’s clearance? Could it be his foreign contacts and accounts present a security risk? What was the administration trying to hide?
I know you won’t answer any of these questions.
I think it goes back to the entire reason he ran in the first place. He really didn’t care about winning so long as it raised his profile and the profile of the organization. His politics (see: Obama, birther movement) is nothing more than a way to keep “Trump” relevant as a brand after his reality TV days were over (which was another attempt at relevancy after his financial and business failures).
Facts are no other presidential campaign in HISTORY has been more corrupt (see: plea deals, indictments, and guilty verdicts).
Facts are no other administration has been so toxic (see: record number of officials being fired or quitting).

Agree, trump’s having a rough day, and tomorrow will be rougher!
Please, think before you post. This is a bunch of word salad. It is exactly the same thing.
Here are your arguments (insults):
* republicans were scraping the bottom
* very uniformed analogy really
* want to spin that and call Dems baby killers
* Totally out of touch with reality
I suppose the insults make you feel better.
Here is you nonsense (you know sentences that mean nothing):
* There only exist very tiny gaps in laws concerning abortions and infant protections.
Here is your spin:
* we are talking about cases whereby an infant was born with disabilities so bad they are incompatible with life and it is a certainty they won’t survive and just a matter of when.
The truth:
"Infant born with disabilities is a red herring." The decisions are made by human beings. There will be bad doctors that do bad things. There will be mothers that do bad things. These laws are written with a lot of wiggle room (see POTUS trying to enforce the current laws). Late term abortion is immoral. It would be preferable if the "abnormal" kids were left alone to live their natural lives. It would be preferable if the families refused modern technology to keep them alive.
We have clear as day laws about not letting illegal immigrants in the country and the libs can't even accept it.
If the fetus is not viable, like you said, we don't need any laws. The fetus will die shortly after birth. No need to kill the baby.
The same thing applies to guns. No matter how much you restrict or ban guns, people will get killed. Banning guns only punishes the innocent law abiding citizens.
Trump is not trying to hide anything. Every single one of your points has been discussed and everything is known. Everything has been leaked to the media. The only truth is that Trump was setup by the Clinton campaign with the approval of the Obama administration. It is clear as day.
The only collusion is the Clinton paying to Russians for dirt on Trump. The Russian in the Trump tower was given a special visa by the Obama administration. What else is there? Can you not see the corruption? Did you read the Wikileaks emails about corruption inside the Democratic party?
Everything you believe is false.

Umm...a pretty big stretch to say there was no collusion because Michael Cohen says he didn't see any of it. Michael Cohen wasn't part of the campaign. Jim Jordan tried to make the case that Cohen was mad at Trump because he didn't include him in his White House plans. Last I checked. Michael Cohen doesn't have a definitive say about whether there was collusion...that would be for Robert Mueller or some other prosecutor to determine.
Trumpers say Cohen is a liar...except when they like some things that he says. Which is it? He's either a liar who can't be believed about ANYTHING, or he isn't. You don't get to pick and choose which things you believe from him.
Mueller is coming.
The clown is done.
Alan,
ALL of the Trumpers have their heads in the sand. They make crazy assertions. We have seen several make fun of Avenatti (well, actually they are making fun of liberals who ever talked about Avenatti), yet there is no basis for them to do so. Avenatti is part of the reason Cohen is going to prison. Avenatti is part of the reason Weisselberg got partial immunity and is cooperating with prosecutors. Avenatti is THE reason Trump is "Individual-1." Avenatti is THE reason that Trump will eventually be indicted for two FELONY campaign finance law violations (if he hasn't been indicted under seal already). Avenatti is part of the reason that some dominoes began to fall. He has done his damage to Trump. Ridiculous to say otherwise.
Obstruction of Justice - The firing of Jim Comey, the writing of a memo that said the Trump Tower Meeting was about adoptions, the two times Trump tried to fire Mueller, including one in which Don McGahn threatened to quit if he did. In the case involving McGahn, Trump bugged him about it constantly for several days before finally getting the idea that it wasn't going to happen. Mueller has or still is investigating these issues along with other statements Trump has made to White House staffers about ways to end the Mueller investigation. He WILL be charged with this.
Money Laundering - Trump's company has long been suspected of money laundering. Now with the spotlight Trump put on himself and his business by becoming President and continuing to act in a shady manner, this will finally be proven. Russia and Deutsche Bank...two partners in money laundering. How coincidental. How charming.
Perjury (this one I have said and still maintain is a certainty if he talks to Mueller, and likely even if not)
Suborning perjury
Conspiracy against the United States (could end up being bribery or aiding and abetting instead OR in addition)
Bank fraud and/or wire fraud
Insurance fraud
Emoluments clause violation
Witness tampering
RICO - This may be the thing that hurts him the most. He WILL go down for this as his Trump Organization is one big organized crime syndicate.
Some sort of computer hacking or privacy violation
Something to do with chattels
Something none of us have heard of yet
Probably something I forgot -- there's just so much it's hard to keep it all straight
As I have said several times before, he may avoid some of the above charges with plea bargain and pardon, but we will know about them. He will not be able to ultimately avoid prison though unless there is a crime committed to prevent it, he dies first, or aliens from space prevent it.
Mueller is coming.
The clown is done.
You’re wrong and you didn’t answer ANY of my questions. YOU are deflecting.
I am NOT going to do the work for YOU. Look up what Trump/His Administration SAID and how it has CHANGED time and time again as he gets caught in a lie as it pertains to the above. If you continue to be lazy and obtuse I will do your work for you.

Here’s me doing your work for you on the Stormy Daniels case:
Nov. 4, 2016: Trump campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks denies affair
Hicks told the Wall Street Journal it was "absolutely, unequivocally" false that Trump and Daniels had had a relationship.
Jan. 12, 2018: White House, Michael Cohen deny affair
The Wall Street Journal revealed that Cohen arranged for Daniels to receive $130,000 in exchange for her silence.
That same day, Cohen issued a statement on Trump’s behalf denying the affair. The statement did not address the payment, however.
"President Trump once again vehemently denies any such occurrence as has Ms. Daniels. This is now the second time that you are raising outlandish allegations against my client," Cohen told the Journal. "You have attempted to perpetuate this false narrative for over a year; a narrative that has been consistently denied by all parties since at least 2011."
Separately, Cohen provided a statement — ostensibly from Daniels — denying the affair. Here’s how it appeared in the Journal:
"Mr. Cohen also sent a two-paragraph statement by email addressed "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN" and signed by "Stormy Daniels" denying that she had a "sexual and/or romantic affair" with Mr. Trump.
"Rumors that I have received hush money from Donald Trump are completely false," the statement said.
Daniels has also contradicted herself about whether an affair occurred. However, she has recanted statements she’d made denying the affair, claiming she only signed a denial because Cohen "made it sound like I had no choice."
Jan. 18, 2018: Questions about Daniels ‘asked and answered’
Deputy press secretary Raj Shah told reporters aboard Air Force One that questions about the affair and the settlement agreement had been "asked and answered" during the campaign even though reports of the hush money deal did not emerge until more than a year after the election.
Feb. 13, 2018: Cohen says he paid Daniels out of his own pocket
Cohen claimed he personally paid $130,000 to Daniels, and that he received no reimbursement from the Trump Organization or Trump campaign. His did not say whether Trump personally reimbursed him.
"Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed me for the payment, either directly or indirectly," Cohen said in a statement to the New York Times. "The payment to Ms. Clifford was lawful, and was not a campaign contribution or a campaign expenditure by anyone."
Cohen told the New York Times he made a similar statement to the Federal Election Commission after a government watchdog filed a complaint alleging the payment was an in-kind contribution to Trump’s presidential campaign that violated campaign finance laws.
He would later say the funds were transferred from a home-equity line to an account for a personal corporation he used to facilitate the payment to Daniels.
April 5: Trump denies that he knew of payment
During a press gaggle aboard Air Force One, Trump claimed he had no knowledge of the payment to Daniels. He also stated he did not know Cohen’s funding source. Here’s the exchange:
Reporter: "Mr. President, did you know about the $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels?"
Trump: "No. No. What else?"
Reporter: "Then why did Michael Cohen make those if there was no truth to her allegations?"
Trump: "Well, you’ll have to ask Michael Cohen. Michael is my attorney. And you’ll have to ask Michael Cohen."
Reporter: "Do you know where he got the money to make that payment?"
Trump: "No, I don’t know. No."
April 9, 2018: FBI raids Cohen’s properties, seizes documents
The FBI raids Cohen’s Manhattan office, home and hotel room as part of an investigation into possible bank fraud, wire fraud and campaign finance violations. They seized business records, emails and tax documents.
May 2, 2018: Giuliani reveals Trump reimbursed Cohen
In the interview with Hannity, Giuliani said that Trump had in fact repaid Cohen to silence Daniels.
Giuliani: "Having something to do with paying some Stormy Daniels woman $130,000, I mean, which is going to turn out to be perfectly legal. That money was not campaign money, sorry, I'm giving you a fact now that you don't know. It's not campaign money. No campaign finance violation. So —"
Hannity: "They funneled it through a law firm."
Giuliani: "Funneled it through a law firm, and the president repaid it."
Hannity: "I didn't know he did?"
Giuliani: "Yes."
Giuliani later suggested Trump reimbursed Cohen through installments paid to the attorney’s legal retainer.
"When I heard Cohen’s retainer of $35,000, when he was doing no work for the president, I said that’s how he’s repaying it, with a little profit and a little margin for paying taxes for Michael," Giuliani said.
May 2-3, 2018: Giuliani and Trump elaborate on payment plan
In an interview with the New York Times shortly after his Hannity appearance, Giuliani elaborated on the payment plan. He said he has documents showing Trump personally repaid Cohen, which he claimed proves there was no campaign finance violation.
"Some time after the campaign is over, they set up a reimbursement, $35,000 a month, out of his personal family account," Giuliani said, adding that Trump paid Cohen some $470,000 through the payments, which included "incidental expenses."
The following day, Trump issued a series of tweets acknowledging the arrangement with Cohen and again denying the affair:
"Mr. Cohen, an attorney, received a monthly retainer, not from the campaign and having nothing to do with the campaign, from which he entered into, through reimbursement, a private contract between two parties, known as a non-disclosure agreement, or NDA. These agreements are very common among celebrities and people of wealth. In this case it is in full force and effect and will be used in Arbitration for damages against Ms. Clifford (Daniels). The agreement was used to stop the false and extortionist accusations made by her about an affair, despite already having signed a detailed letter admitting that there was no affair. Prior to its violation by Ms. Clifford and her attorney, this was a private agreement. Money from the campaign, or campaign contributions, played no roll in this transaction."
May 4, 2018: Giuliani tries to clean up his earlier remarks
In a statement, Giuliani sought to clarify his previous remarks, saying the payments were unrelated to Trump’s candidacy:
"There is no campaign violation. The payment was made to resolve a personal and false allegation in order to protect the President's family," Giuliani said. "It would have been done in any event, whether he was a candidate or not."
June 30, 2018: Cohen says his "first loyalty" is to family and country, not Trump
In his first interview since his office was raided in April, Cohen hints that he might be willing to share information about Trump with prosecutors.
"My wife, my daughter and my son have my first loyalty and always will," Cohen said. "I put family and country first."
July 24, 2018: Recording published of Trump and Cohen apparently discussing hush money payments
Lanny Davis, Cohen’s attorney, released an audiotape of Cohen and Trump apparently discussing a $150,000 payment to former Playboy model Karen McDougal. Like Daniels, McDougal claims to have had a sexual relationship with Trump in the mid 2000s. The conversation Cohen secretly recorded is said to have taken place two months before the election.
Aug. 21, 2018: Cohen pleads guilty, implicating Trump
Cohen pleaded guilty in federal court to violating campaign finance laws, thereby implicating Trump. Court filings described Cohen, acting on behalf of Trump, arranging to purchase exclusive rights to the stories concerning Trump’s alleged infidelities, for the purpose of preventing their publication, a tactic known as "catch-and-kill." Cohen’s lawyer said this was done "for the principal purpose of influencing an election."
Aug. 22, 2018: Trump speaks about payments after Cohen’s guilty plea
Trump tells Fox News the payments did not constitute a campaign finance violation because the payments "came from me," and "didn’t come out of the campaign."
——————————————————-
Now it’s not a crime to pay someone off unless you can prove it was because he didn’t want it to affect the election, regardless of what Cohen pleaded to. He could say he just didn’t want his wife to find out, but the timing may prove his undoing.
