If Jennifer Rubin says it. It must be true.

You can’t make this $hit up. The POTUS’ long time friend and personal lawyer is a big time crook guilty of crimes in direct connection with his Trump dealings and somehow it’s suposed to have zero reflection on Trump... what a fcking embarrassment to our country and to the GOP for not hesitating to support Trump on this.

Where was your outrage about Hillary and the deleted emails? If Hillary had become President, would you have been on this witch hunt to get to the bottom of it?

You are wrong.
Cohen never testified that Individual-1 did not want to win.
Cohen testified that Individual-1 did not expect to win.
You repubs don't listen very well.

Exactly! So, were supposed to believe he did all sorts of illegal actives to win a race he didn't care about winning. The dems are so desperate it's quite pathetic.
Luckily, half of America is smart enough to see right through the games by the dems.

first off, HRC had every right to delete personal emails - that's not really part of the scandal.
second off, I've consistently said that HRC messed up pretty seriously with the email thing. She sent and received emails that should not have been sent over the public internet or stored on her personal server, and she lied about it.
That said, virtually no civilians have ever been prosecuted for being sloppy with data (sloppy, as opposed to handing it over to unauthorized people). So she should not have been prosecuted either. Which is what the FBI concluded, correctly.
In the end, she was an old person who trusted the wrong people with her IT issues. And then tried to cover it up.

You know you're losing when your only defense is, "but HILLARY!!!"
Any politician, Democrat or Republican, should be investigated if they might have committed crimes. That said, how long did a Republican congress investigate Hillary and they were still unable to charge her with any crimes? Is she guilty? Maybe, but she was under a microscope like none other and she apparently survived.
Instead of Hillary, how would you have felt is so many of Obama's circle of close friends had been indicted? Would it still be a witch hunt if investigators were looking into Obama? Didn't think so.
You missed the boat, but you should have chosen country over party.

I realize Trumpers aren't the sharpest, but trying reading more than a sentence. As I posted above...
It was long ago reported that Trump was running to build his brand and he didn't expect to win. Cohen is the first insider to publicly acknowledge that fact. Trump knew his base was dumb, but he underestimated how dumb.
Russia is trying to undermine democracies all over the world. They have no preference for Democrats or Republicans, but they knew they had Trump in their back pocket (he's been laundering their money for decades). Help him get elected, give him some oil money (i.e., Rosneft deal), and they could pressure him into making decisions that are pro-Russia (i.e., get rid of sanctions that were greatly hurting the oligarchs financially).
If your head wasn't so far up the elephant's ass, you would have realized this long ago. And the vast majority that I've learned about Trump/Russia has come from conservative sources. Never Trumpers, mind you, but conservatives nonetheless. They chose country over party from the beginning.

My outrage to get to the bottom of it was there during her investigations. She was cleared. Authorities found insufficient reason to bring an investigation concerning the emails, she was cleared. When Trump is cleared my outrage will die down too. I believe in the law and want to see investigations done properly and thoroughly. As you know, Hillary went through several GOP-led investigations (or witch hunts to use your words) and they found nada. Trump is just going through one and you all are already losing it... settle down and buckle up, it’s just the beginning and all stones will be unturned.

Yes please milk your one hit wonder for as long as possible. You only got that one little win, so keep hanging on to 2016 for as long as you can. It must have sucked to have been you before 2016 and it will really suck to be you after 2020.

One little win? LMAO he's the POTUS, not exactly a "little win." Enjoy the next 6 years.

Son, what in God's name are you talking about? Get over the f*cking emails. It was investigated ad nauseam YEARS ago and Republicans couldn't produce any evidence of criminality. Nobody cares about Hillary Clinton anymore, she has no relevance to the topic at hand, and the Trump administration has skirted public records laws repeatedly since, without any signs of outrage from people like you.
Now, either admit that Michael Cohen's testimony is incredibly damning or explain why Trump's decision to employ a serial liar and pseudo gangster as his personal lawyer for 10 years shouldn't raise any red flags.
nontrumper wrote:Trump knew his base was dumb, but he underestimated how dumb.
The only dumb base is the liberal base with Trump Derangement Syndrome, who are so blind with hate they can't see how great President Trump has been for this country.
I love President Trump because he uses common sense, speaks what he thinks, and doesn't talk with the fake political dialogue we have become so accustomed to hearing from Presidents of the past. We finally have a President who does what he says he'll do, and sticks up for the American people.
You can continue to throw a tantrum, but it won't do you any good. Enjoy the next 6 years of the Trump Presidency.
SNL will almost for sure include the blonde lady sitting behind Cohen. I don't know who she is, but she is reacting strongly very often...to a hilarious level sometimes.

Cohen is clearly a liar. So Trump is at fault for employing a liar. Hardly a crime. Take off your liberal goggles buddy.
