A couple things...
Is it normal for a president to meet with a foreigner leader alone with just the translators and not ever release the transcripts of the meeting? I know Ronny met with Gorby a lot in the 80s, are those transcripts public or was there at least a 3rd person in the room?
I am surprised (maybe I shouldn't) that no one answered this question. Maybe the topic is not partisan enough to attract the attention of people on this thread? To answer the question, the transcripts do not always become available to public immediately (for example, Clinton's conversation with Yeltsin was declassified only recently). But not having a 3rd person to take notes is quite unusual.
https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2019/01/trump-putin-meeting-no-note-taker.htmlWhat's even more unusual was Trump taking away the notes from a translator after the meeting. (If the WaPo article is credible.)
Even Fox News can't sugar coat this:
People on this thread generally have no real knowledge, just opinions. So, a request for facts is quite likely to go unanswered.

Perhaps if you embrace the Clintons and Obama you see the true light.
I voted for Clinton and Obama. So your turn to embrace Trump. How about 2020?

always true about the trumpers. the worst, by far, being hardloper.

I did not vote for Trump. Why would I embrace him? In 2020 Trump will be dead, or locked up in prison. Those are the facts.
Nostradamus I presume....

The Intercept is an online news publication dedicated to what it describes as "adversarial journalism".
Your trusted source also published a National Security Agency document that asserted that Russian intelligence successfully hacked an American voter registration, and helped Trump in 2016. That was the document given to them by NSA contractor Reality Winner — who got herself locked up.

You are the one who claimed Trump wins in 2020. Then you got a rebuttal. Then you .... guess what?
I never said Trump would win in 2020.

So....that does more to prove the point.

But you claim he will run in 2020? Nostradamus I presume....

Yes, the Russia conspired with Trump to steal the 2016 election. Now you see the Russian light.
When is the last time a Republican got skewered by his own party?

That is your delusion, but OK if that gives you comfort. Crazy talk really. Clinton lost the election by not campaigning in the rust belt states. Besides she has about as much universal appeal as a door knob.
Trump approval ratings finally taking a hit after months of stagnation.
538 avg: 14 points negative approval/disapproval.
As someone pointed out he was -20 on CNN latest poll.
Even RASMUSSEN (?!) has him under water by 12 points approval/disapproval. That must be an all time low for Donny in that poll. That's gotta be uuuuugely disappointing for The Donald. This is the same poll that often had him, somehow, in positive territory when Trump's avg among other polls was still at least -9 to -10 pts disapproval.
And Trump still has not denounced Steve King for saying: "“White nationalist, white supremacist, Western civilization — how did that language become offensive?” "
At least the other Repubs knew they had to act-
https://www.nytimes.com/2019/01/14/us/politics/steve-king-house-judiciary-committee.html
But why would Trump denounce him? King represents his own views, and Trump doesn't want to offend his base by denouncing someone who thinks White Supremacy is a good thing.
“The evidence has mounted now on the core issue that matters to actually a critical mass of Republicans, which is the Russia question,” he explained. “It is not about finance violations or Stormy Daniels or any of those stories, is the president actually in some way colluding advertently or inadvertently with a foreign adversary.
“So that makes it much more likely, in fact, it makes it more likely that you will find Senate Republicans taking it seriously, too,” Bret Stephens explained to MSNBC’s “Meet the Press Daily”.
