Well she just did run a 16:25 5k this weekend. She won the race by nearly 2 mins.

TFRRS has him listed as a freshman (would be a redshirt), but also has marks for him from last year, so I don't know how that plays out.
Really? This is your prediction AFTER Korir ran the world record? How good is this Millar kid?
Freshman by classification but definitely not by age. Just another age cheat is Korir. UTEP and all who involved in this kind of manipulation should be taken to task.
Good luck to the actual Freshman this year.

There is no age for freshman... You can be any age. Just like all the 23,24, and 25 year old seniors.
In addition to me having picked Korir before his world record, my next pick is Devin Dixon out of Texas A&M
Flotrack's new WOW featured your Perretta. He closed his workout in 23.0 after about 5k of work. Not bad
Yeah, he was over a second faster than Harris or Slagowski. Talent, or burning it up for the cameras or both?

This weekend's meets will have some fast races! Ready to see these freshman tear it up in Boston and Arkansas
So which freshman came through in the middle/long distance races at indoor nats?

I just go a text from a buddy/source. This is the same guy who told when Grant Fisher was a senior in HS that he wasn't even the best guy in his state. At the time, I laughed and said, "Who's better?" He wrote back, "Donavan Brazier."
My source is rock solid. He knows the sport.
He says this year's breakout frosh will be Dominic Perretta of Penn State.

Ok, lets see how he does at 800m this year... you may end up being right. We'll check in again in a few months.
No... You were wrong after all. Koror ran 1:43.73 today, running 51.3 in the last 400m. Winning by 8 seconds.
He's pretty good at 800m.
Devin Dixon 1:45.71

Ok, here we are a few months later... well, will you look at that Glenn, Korir's 600m world record was indeed an indicator of things to come for a Korir over 800m in 2017.
He's now the WL with a 1:43.10. I think that we can put this whole thing to rest, Korir was clearly the top mid distance freshman.
Derek Holdsworth has enrolled somewhere. Not sure where. But he has run 1:47 already and isn't very old.
Slagowski transfered to an NAIA
Also heard this from a friend in DC. Said he "headed out to Colorado".

Cam Cooper from Michigan. I think he's going to LSU. Nearly the same PRs at Donavan Brazier in high school, not sure on his 400 speed though but I know he's split 48.xx in relays. Look him up.
Did more prodding. He's going to Trinidad State JC. Same place Elias Gedyon went to return from the dead.
