2662, age 42 (average 51.2/week, 7.3/day)
This was a bit of a drop after 3 years of oddly consistent mileage: 2861, 2853, 2858. (I say oddly consistent because there wasn't much consistent about those years other than the ending mileage.)

106,561 lifetime miles

get better soon man, all the best
1078 with several months that I didn't log btw
1650 miles, 67 years old
Thanks! Running was beginning to feel like a drag until I had to stop for about 5 months. I learned an important lesson about enjoying the process and appreciating being able to throw on shoes and head out the door. Here's to a good 2017 for all of us battling or free of injury!
3048 in 3 pairs of shoes
3744 but that's minus the last two months with a stress fracture in the right foot :/ hoping to get back at it soon!
2250; 38 years old
3257 mi.
Had only 1948, a down year -- had a recurring injury that kept causing me to have to scale back. 61 years old.
Hoping for more in 2017!
Ran about 300 miles for 2016. This hobby jogger ran a 6:14 mile could not break 6 due to a hamstring strain that stopped me in my track. Now, I sit at home with a shattered screen Iphone 6 plus with no means of contacting my friend.
2,755, freshman year track into sophomore year xc/track, should be much more this year. No injuries, took a couple 2 week periods of no running in between seasons, days off here and there
4394 miles, with 410 in december
2680 miles, 41 years old. It's just a shade over 50 mpw, and that is my most miles since I was in college 20 years ago.
I had a bunch of injuries in my 30's, but have gotten back into it over the last few years. I ran in college, but I have found the last few years to be the most enjoyable of my life.
1160 miles, spring was a washout due to repeated 'flu, must do better. 51.

Lifetime total (since starting recording mileage in 1978) is 122,229. Highest year was also 1980 which was 4,137 miles. Most in one week was 127 in 1979 (that week included a 100 mile race). Highest week of just training was 110 done in only seven workouts.
That mileage history is pretty similar. Have to check all my 100 miles weeks, but guessing I didn't run too many without a few doubles. Have run a few 50K races, but never any real ultras. Keep on trucking my man.
Most of my 100 mile weeks included doubles, frequently commuting to and from work on foot. The 110 mile week was a week I was at my in-laws camp in the remote Maine woods. There was nothing to do except go running so each day I went for a long run.
Sorry, I catalogue my mileage based upon the fiscal year.
2015: 413 miles
2016: 431.5 miles
2017: 0 miles so far
49.5 years old. Apparently now, if I run I just get injured. My highest and best week in 2.5 years, after a gradual build up to it, is 22 miles, with two mild tempos that week. But Hamstring, knee, calf. I'm an injury waiting to happen. I have learned that running two days in a row is risky. It sucks.
1160 miles. Fractured 2 vertebrae last Christmas and couldn't run until April

Exact same total.
55 years old. This is probably the lowest total since I started running regularly at 15.
Had a two week period where I was sick and ran 7 miles. Other than that, a lot of weeks in the lows 20s.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
