2,160 miles. Average of 40 miles per week with track and cross country. Interesting to think about the amount of running shoes we go through yearly!
Probably 300 miles, usually 4 mile runs at 7:30 pace. I'll run for 3 weeks like I am gonna get back into shape then stop for a month, then do that again x7
a 12 mile run tomorrow will give me 1200 for the year.
been running 1600-1800 the last 4 years. missed several months with pneumonia last spring, just now getting back to normal.

3212mi with 47 days off, 19y.o.
I'll finish out at just over 3500. Last year I was at 3285.
I was a bit less consistent this year with a few weeks in the 40s, but had higher highs (84 was my highest). Didn't improve at all from the last 2 years...

I only ran 247 miles this year.
Put in 12,000+ miles on the bike though.
2445 roughly after tomorrow. Best yet. Averaged about 46 mpw week even with down weeks and time off.
somebody on twitter humble bragged how bad their year was because they finished with 3000 miles instead of their target 3200.

That's what she said.
2819 miles, ran 2536 in 2015 and ~1500 in 2014 so I'm pretty happy with the progression.

500 miles more than last year. Marathon PR in December 2:53:24
I'll have 2230 after tomorrow, which averages out to ~43/week. A bit lower than I thought which might be a good thing. Hoping to average over 50/week next year.
2,050, which exceeds my previously high by 220. 52 years old. That's a little more than 39/week. Next year will aim to average 40-45/week.
